I would like to see the namespaces in the C++ documentation again because now there are many functions missing that are floating around in Gosu::.

SHOW_NAMESPACES        = YES
into the doxyfile please.

Added it to my To Do list and should happen pretty soon. I still wish I had a complete replacement for doxygen though. The namespace list shouldn't even be necessary to just navigate functions by name. JavaScript search would be nice too. Total usability fail imho :(

How would you implement a search engine in JS...?

Just like the rdoc has it, as a find-as-you-type widget thingie. RailsBrain is a good example of it too, basically works a bit like MS help files.

Which reminds me that the CSS theming of the 'filter' text field on the rdoc is probably a bit … umm … stealthy ;) *todo*

Took a bit longer because I still don't have all my tools on my new laptop, but it's there.

Also, I'm eying http://www.naturaldocs.org/ because it looks like its output is cleaner than doxygen, and it has a DHTML search function. Hmmm…!
